Home Watch Checklist
When walking your properties interior and exterior, an extensive checklist is followed to assure all the aspects of the home have been checked. This include security, humidity readings, water intrusion or leaks, appliances, HVAC, interior walls ceilings and windows, pest control, pool, landscape, lanai, electrical breakers, exterior walls and roof, making sure everything in the home is in working and undamaged condition. Custom requests can be added to the list.
Additional Services
Our services exceed home watch only. We also change HVAC filters, smoked detector batteries, light bulbs, coordinate contractors, oversee home renovations (project advocate) , secure packages into the home, handyman requests, airport shuttle service and vehicle care. If our clients have additional requests, we work with them to make it
happen !!
